Scott Widen is an independent insurance broker who works with people who are on or about to enroll in Medicare. Helping with your healthcare costs, he represents many Medicare supplement, Medicare Advantage Part C, Medicare Part D (Rx plans), hospital indemnity, and dental plans.

He has been working in the Medicare market since 2005 when he received extensive training as a captive agent with Humana. After working with Humana for 2 years he decided to become an independent agent so that he could offer more choices for his clients. From his experience, he learned that Medicare was very confusing. By becoming an independent agent he was able to offer his clients more choices for their healthcare coverage. The need to educate, answer questions and help his clients make important decisions each year has become his top priority.

Scott, is married to his wonderful wife Kim who both enjoy the outdoors. They love hiking, backpacking, camping, bike riding and watching NFL and Razorback sports. They recently started sailing on Grand Lake in Oklahoma. He has hiked numerous areas around Arkansas and many other states with his son Ryan. He also spends a lot of time with his daughter Chelsea, her husband Dayton, and grandchildren Maddox (10), Nolan(4), and Savvy(l).
